How we handle your information

What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you provide, a timestamp, and a hashed record of your IP address and browser user-agent string. We never store the raw IP address or raw user-agent string. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate site traffic measurement; it does not use cookies, does not fingerprint browsers, and does not collect personally identifiable information. If you use the booking widget embedded on this page, Cal.com may collect information directly — see Cal.com's privacy policy.
Why we collect it
Your email is used for two things only: a confirmation when you sign up, and one announcement when we launch. We do not send marketing emails. The hashed IP address and hashed user-agent are used solely for abuse detection and rate-limiting on the signup form — they are not linked to your email address and are not used for any other purpose. Our legal basis for processing is your consent, given when you submit the form. You may withdraw that consent at any time by emailing jerold@nocompromise.ai.
Who we share it with
We use two service providers who may access your data as part of their services: Resend (email delivery — receives your email address to transmit confirmation and launch emails) and Cloudflare (site hosting, DNS, and waitlist data storage). Both act as data processors on our behalf. Your data may be stored on or routed through infrastructure outside your country, including in the United States. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We have no third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information at any time. Email jerold@nocompromise.ai. We will confirm deletion within 14 days of your request. If you are in the EU or EEA, you also have the right to data portability and the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Data retention
We retain your email address until you ask us to delete it, or until the launch announcement has been sent, whichever comes first. At that point we delete all waitlist records. Hashed IP and user-agent records are retained only as long as needed for abuse detection and deleted on the same schedule.
